The Sakaye Villas & Spa by Kanaya Hospitality

The service here is amazing and I cannot fault them one bit. My four year old daughter was well looked after here and they always had smiles for her when ever she was in the lobby. The staff here were helpful and always wanted to help if we needed information or had concerns. They even went as far as offering a room upgrade and free services such as massages and dinner at the hotel. We liked the private pool but also was a concern for our four year old. We also liked that the staff had given our daughter a play tent with some play balls which kept her entertained when we were at the villa.

The privacy of the villas is wonderful, your own pool is great. The large sized fridge was very useful. The robust poolside beanbag seating very comfortable. The outdoor shower is a pleasure in the Balinese climate. The large clean water supply was most welcome, other hotels could learn from you.👍 The gardens were beautifully cared for.

The location is good, Anima restaurant was great 😃 Service n staff were great 😃 The view n photos were as we saw on Expedia n booking.com 10/10 on everything apart from the cons.

The property was great and location was good. But maintenance need to be improved as there are mosquitoes and bugs. Room cleaning service is great. But need to make improvements in maintenance as many spots I saw small small issues. Overall the stay was great.

The staff were so lovely and accomodating. The breakfasts were so great with lots of variety. Delivered on time each morning. We were so well looked after and the villas are beautiful with the plunge pool and options of floating breakfasts. My husband surprised me with flowers floating in the pool which the staff arranged. I got sick on the last day and the staff arranged a doctor to visit straight away and delivered some ginger tea. We would definately stay here again.
